Methods of Application: Creating and Using Your 

Personal Stock Blend

Creating a personal stock blend can be a convenient way to always have what you need on hand for easy application and managing your natural wellness on the fly! For any particular stock blend you will need 80-90 drops total of essential oil and you will base the totals of each particular essential oil on the outcomes you are trying to achieve!

  1. Add 12-18 drops of your stock blend to 30ml/1oz of carrier oil of choice. Coconut oil is a great option on all counts and is a cost effective option. Use this oil mixture liberally for regular topical application behind ears, inside elbow, behind knees and on wrists for best effectiveness.
  2. Blend 1 cup of epsom salt, 10 drops of stock oil blend and 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. Add mixture to hot running water as you draw a bath.
  3. Add 12-15 drops of stock blend to cotton wick of personal inhaler to create a toss in your purse pick me up!
  4. Add 15 drops stock blend to a 10ml roller ball glass container and fill remainder with carrier oil of choice. This ratio is less diluted and good to treat acute onset of stress, anxiety headache etc.
