When I was creating this blend “Guiding Light Serenity Blend” I was thinking of all the wisdom I had accumulated over the years from so many special women in my life. Those who had mentored me in life, through personal struggle, through health failure, through rebuilding my wellness and rediscovering myself, and in my faith walk. The lives they have led, and the life’s they had changed, are nothing short of inspiring!
Since then, the mentee has become the mentor and I have spoken to countless young women over the years who have felt as though they were lost. They felt something was missing in life. They were feeling unfulfilled and a lot of other similar emotions. I chose the essential oils in “Guiding Light” blend to balance emotions, to help create a feeling of safety and security, to support relaxation, to help sleep quality, and to help calm the noise that gets built up in your head. It is a feminine support blend based on the gift of plants to humanity, that nurture health through their essential oils!
“Guiding Light” is a 10ml Roller of pure essential oil blend of Frankincense, White Grapefruit, Geranium, Bergamot, Rose Geranium, Rosewood, Cardamom and Benzoin with a tiny splash of Vanilla. It is blended in coconut carrier oil in accoradance with industry dilution safety guidelines.
