In light of the current global health pandemic, I have added a Mini Consult to my services list. I understand the current fiscal stressors that many are facing as well as the physical and health challenges that are abounding. On account of these things, I am offering a Mini Herbal & Aromatic Consultation Service which is not something I have ever done. The goal is to reduce the financial investment and make the service more viable to those that need it most right now!
I will not be able to take on complex cases through this service as the time required to complete a full assessment and plan is considerably more. What I can do is help with the day to day healthy living strategies that will help support you and your family throughout this health crisis and into the future.

Herbal & Aromatic Consultation Mini
An herbal consultation mini is a 30 minute scheduled appointment to discuss one area of concern and to create herbal and aromatic protocols that you will incorporate into your daily healthy living. A full assessment that includes full health and lifestyle planning is a 1.5 hour appointment with and additional 1 hr practitioner time investment for protocol planning and development, the cost for the full service is $120.
During a mini consult one specific area of your wellness will be addressed. The most common current topics are immune and antiviral support, anxiety and depression, sleep and insomnia, nervous system tonics and menstrual management.
You are encouraged to have copies of any recent blood work results, as well as any current medications, supplements or other naturopathic formulas you are using ready for your virtual appointment.
The mini consultation fee is $45 and this includes an individualized protocol plan for one issue. The initial fee does not include the cost of any herbal medicine.
Individualized Protocol Plan - Mini
You will receive your individualized protocol plan within 3 days after our initial consultation. The plan may include:
- herbal remedies such as a tea, tincture, or ointment
- dietary changes
- lifestyle changes
- supplements
The cost for each herbal remedy varies based on the herbs used.
An average price is $15 per 30ml of tincture and $15 per loose tea order that converts to 12 cups of brewed tea. All herbal preparations will come with clear and concise instructions for use.
Follow Up & Maintenance
As herbal and aromatic medicine is not like pharmaceutical medicine, your protocol will likely be an ongoing lifestyle change. Follow ups are recommended to ensure that dosages are maintained according to acute treatment and maintenance treatment variations. Follow up appointments should be scheduled at regular intervals throughout your treatment for safety and maintenance purposes.
The follow up appointment fee for a mini consultation and protocol plan is $25 which does not include the cost of any herbal medicine.
The follow up appointment fee for a full assessment and treatment plan is $45 which does not include the cost of any herbal medicine.
